I was amazed by how authentic the flavors are. I tried both the lamb and beef and it literally brought me memories of food in China.

Stopped at the Honolulu Farmers Market on a Wednesday evening, and had to get Youpo Noodles HI. About the best noodles that I've ever had! Wide noodles with tasty sauce! The staff is friendly and service was fast. Great to support a local business!

#17 of 52 (weeks of trying a new restaurant at least once a week) We went to Waikele on a Friday and stumbled upon a food truck Friday called What the Truck. How lucky for us as we hadn't yet figured out dinner plans. We walked around to see all the options and decided to try a noodle dish from here. I ordered the beef noodles ($15) which had 3 chili peppers next to it on the menu. The lady who took my order asked if I liked it spicy which I said yes to. Even though it was busy I maybe waited 5 minutes. During the wait I watched the chef roll out each order of noodles, pull them apart and then drop them in the water. Within minutes they were done and I had my food. Ok so first of all the price point is high for what you get. It's a small bowl of noodles. The beef noodles included a little bit of cabbage, choi sum and bean sprouts and I mean a little. I actually think it's one noodle but torn into four pieces. On to the flavor...... So it was very flavorful. I enjoyed the chewiness of the wide noodle. IT WAS SPICY! Spicier than I normally like but I was warned. Their was a bit of sauce on the bottom and when soaked into the meat it made for one hot bite. Thankfully we ordered from a few food trucks because this noodle dish did not fill me up. We may try again in the future but the price for such a small serving may have me trying some other vendor.

I happened to try this place last night at a farmers market. I assumed it would be good but I was not expecting it to be that good. These were some of the best noodles I've ever had. I woke up this morning looking for where they were going to be today. The food wasn't the only thing that was amazing. The service and on point as well. Definitely need to try the other bowls.

Tried them at tonite's Chinese New Year festival at the Chinese Cultural plaza. It was a windy and cool night so when we saw "hand pulled noodles" it was a no brainer! We've had biang biang noodles in Xi'an China so we were pretty excited. We just got the keiki size since we were going to be sampling for at a bunch of different vendors. We watched as noodles were pulled from a lump of dough. It was fun to watch. It was ready in no time. Since it was just a keiki order, it was noodles and scallions in vinegary sauce. Wasn't spicy at all because maybe it was keiki bowl but it was very flavorful. There are other options to choose like the cumin lamb and beef bowls. The noodles were so good! Chewy and perfectly al dente. They are wide and flat which was perfect for the sauce to coat. Every bite had a nice flavor. Everyone at the stall was super nice and we learned that they do a bunch of farmer markets throughout the week and they are planning to open a brick and mortar place down Maunukea. We will certainly be there to try the regular dishes!

Love Youpo Noodles! By far, one of my favorite places to eat especially when I am craving SPICE. I order the 'Beef Noodles' which is their spiciest! It's always made fresh and is packed with heat! Service is amazing. It is typically the same young lady taking my order, and she is so sweet. Amazing food, amazing service!

Ready for some hand-pulled noodle goodness? Youpo Noodles are such a tasty dish to pick up from local farmers markets. Youpo Noodles specializes in stretchy, bouncy biangbiang noodles from northwest China. I've come here several times and really enjoy their Cumin Lamb Noodles ($18) the most. Got a nice kick! The duck special is tasty too! It is one rather long thick noodle, which was interesting and different. I would not recommend for people who cannot handle spicy food, since most dishes come with spice which adds lots of flavor and depth to the noodles! I gave 4/5 stars because I do wish there was more noodles especially for the price of $18. Service is usually friendly and takes about 15 minutes. Stay close so you can hear your name being called. The sign had me at noodles.. I love noodles! I saw them at kakaako farmers market and I asked for the cumin lamb (one of the less spicy options per the cashier), and asked if I could get it even less spicy than normal. Unfortunately, she said this wasn't possible. No problem. Total was $16 or $17 The bowl of noodles came out pretty fast, and once I got my food, I went to the car to devour my food lol. Oh man. If this is mild, I'd hate to see what spicy tastes like lol! Even my husband who likes spicy food said this was spicy. I had to go and buy an ice cold drink because my mouth was on fire hahah. As for the other flavors, I just thought it was okay, and the noodles were kind of doughy and dense. It was cool seeing the man do the noodles though while waiting. For the price and taste, I don't think I'll be back, but I'm glad I at least got to try lol

Yummy thick noodle bowls! Pricey but if you're a noodle fanatic (like me) it's worth the try - very happy I did! . Checked out their booth out during Chinese Lunar Festival in Chinatown. Only waited about 10min for my order. . For the gram - I've seen videos where they pull the noodles right after you order them. Pretty cool show. . Foodie fav - DUCK NOODLES. Has a mild kick to it but absolutely love the flavor. For the most part, expect just one long flat thick noodle with all the toppings so prepare to slurp 'n bite your way thru the bowl (aka - a bit hard to share but doable). . cheers! (:

What caught my attention was an Asian guy making handmade, tap, tap, tap, noodle pull at a booth in Chinatown Cultural Plaza. Then another worker placed and vigorously tossed all the ingredients together in a pan. Duck noodles: Quite pricey at $18. Willing to pay for homemade, handmade and top quality noodles. Perfect picker upper for sitting or standing at events. Every noodle pull exudes a little heat from chili oil which integrates perfectly with shredded duck, sliced cabbage, mustard greens, bean sprouts, choi sum, green onions, onions, soy, and black vinegar. Although noodles appear thick, it tastes lighter. Sign indicates three chili peppers symbol, I'd say level of spiciness equals to one chili. Equally balanced. Could go for a second round. Lady who took my order was outgoing. She offered beverages such as water or iced lychee black tea which is separate cost. Also informed me about payment options. They welcome cash, credit and debit cards. Follow them on IG for more deets. Will be back for another bowl of noodles.
